• HR and organizational development professional with 10+ years of work experience, including 6 years in a managerial position both in state agencies and in the private sector: the system of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia, USAID, UNICEF, the United Nations Women's Foundation, American Educational Schools Holding, non-formal education organization, consulting companies, Private business companies: from the fields of construction, retail, distribution and food industries;
• Full member of HR Professionals Association;
• TCJ certified trainer with five years of experience in HRM and Team Building, practical trainer with three years of experience in professional orientation.

Details about the course:

• Duration of the course: 8 and a half hour sessions, starting on May 21;
• Location: "Mosaika" business center, 61 Aghmashenebeli avenue (next to Marjanishvili metro station), AACC head office;
• Course format: face-to-face;
• Cost of the course: 585 GEL (payment can be made in full or in two parts)
• Upon successful completion of the course, the participants will be given a bilingual certificate and a letter of recommendation;
• This course will be a kind of career guide in HR, at the end of the course, each participant will present his/her own HR portfolio on AACC platforms;
• Only 8 (eight) listeners will get into one stream, places are limited.

If, after completing the course, the participants are interested in going through each direction in more depth, they will have the opportunity to continue their studies at AACC's 3 (three) month special course: "HR practice - upgraded" where the mentioned topics will be discussed in much more depth and excellent participants will be able to, through a mentor, Not only to strengthen their knowledge theoretically, but also to work within these 3 months on concrete practical and real cases on the scale of AACC and its partner companies.
